- I am active in my community, building, at a grass-roots level, pods of engaged compassion through engagement in collaborative creations. I am interested in joining in the study of this global phenomenon from an ethnographic perspective.
- About me... Share what you feel inspired to share. Need inspiration? Here are some questions: How did I arrive to TheTransitioner? What are my most essential values? What makes me get out of bed in the morning? What are my dreams? What do I want to accomplish in my life?
- To engage collaboratively in the global shift seems to me the reason that I am alive at this exact point in time. Along with caring for and being with my family and many animals, I spend my time focused on new ways that we can live more joyfully in communion with Gaia and one another.
- What are the gifts, skills and expertise I would like to share in this community?
- I am currently focused on a new field of study, neurocardiology. Did you know our heart has its own control center and sends more messages to the brain than the brain sends to the heart? I am looking from a phenomenological perspective at what changes can be implemented when we are able to monitor and regulate our heart's state of coherence. I am also interested in helping to establish a new way of mutual support and exchange. Currently I am active in the Santa Fe Time Bank.
